Lead Generation Specialist - Remote Work

About the Role
Handle and qualify inbound leads generated through digital marketing, referrals and organic methods. Engage with qualified leads to learn about their business and logistics needs. Figure out how Elite can help solve problems for the customer and educate the customer about their options.
Leads will be based in GCC countries, and will cover a variety of logistics products: Freight, Express/LMD, Warehousing, eFulfillment, Customs Brokerage and more. The inside sales team will engage with the customer via phone, WhatsApp, email, or the customer’s preferred communications channel.
Knowledge and Skills
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Passion for speaking with people
• Ability to multi-task and manage a large number of leads and follow-up schedules
• Knowledge of and interest in learning in learning more about the logistics industry
• Prior experience in an inside/remote sales role
• Bonus: Familiarity with the GCC market
