About the Role
Purpose
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of operations processes and will be responsible for analyzing data to identify compliance gaps and drive improvements in quality and efficiency. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in building reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools like Power BI.
What You’ll Do (Key Accountabilities)
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, patterns, and compliance gaps. Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to interpret findings and provide actionable insights.
• Compliance Monitoring: Develop and implement processes to monitor compliance with quality standards and regulations. Identify areas of non-compliance and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement. Utilize data analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization. Develop and implement strategies to enhance quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting and Dashboarding: Build comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Power BI. Present data-driven insights to stakeholders, including management, operations teams, and other relevant parties. Ensure reports are accurate, visually appealing, and provide actionable information.
• Documentation and Documentation Review: Review and analyze existing operational procedures, guidelines, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with teams to update and improve documentation as needed.
• Training and Education: Provide training and support to operations teams regarding quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices. Conduct workshops and sessions to enhance understanding and awareness of quality-related processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements
Education and Certification
● BSc degree in relevant field such as BA, data analytics, or quality management
Knowledge and Skills Needed to do the Job
● Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced logistics environment.
● Experience in quality inspection, auditing and testing
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
● Experience in building reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or similar.
● Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify compliance gaps and propose effective solutions.
